Trial Begins for School Shooting Suspect Who Bonded Out the Next Day

Critical legal theory has replaced critical race theory as the current thing.

The trial has begun for a man accused of pulling a gun out of his book bag and opening fire inside a North Texas high school. Timothy Simpkins, 19, was accused of being a “bitch ass n****” and a “ho” by one of his peers as seen in a viral video where the teen got his ass whooped. It’s after this that police say he pulled a gun from his backpack and busted a cap.

It’s not clear why the two teen scholars came to fisticuffs, but shortly after this video was taken shots rang out, 4 people were injured, and Simpkin fled the scene.

Simpkins was allegeldy living the thug life.

He had a grill.

Notice the earring worn on the left ear, an act which identifies him as super straight.

Despite identifying as straight, he was barely able to shoot anyone at extremely close range. Thanks to his terrible aim, there were no deaths from the shooting.

But seriously, who can't shoot someone at 5 yards? Maybe it’s a problem with his WRISTS!?

The case became a story of international interest at the time, because despite doing a school shooting, which may or may not have been counted as a “mass shooting,” the accused man was out on bail the very next day! He even had a party!

The police implied Simpkins was involved in buying and/or selling drugs. His family said he did the shooting because he was bullied, which in my culture is not exactly a proportionate response.

He was later arrested for violating the terms of his bond, which was reported to be a failed drug test.

Texas is letting out dangerous criminals non-stop

We have talked about hiring someone solely to cover the countless stories across Texas of criminals being released on bail. Sometimes they are released with no bail!

Recently, another Texas man was charged with killing an Uber driver, only to be released with NO BAIL. Just let out with a pinky promise.

I follow news all across Texas, and this is happening almost daily where someone commits a very violent act and they are released on bail. We have covered several here, but for every one of these stories we cover, there are 100 more we don’t.

If you follow Texas politics you know that “bail reform” is a biennial scam in Austin. I can’t really say exactly who is benefiting from these scams, but they do “bail reform” literally every session and things just get worse and worse. These are the top two search results for “Greg Abbott bail reform.”

Abbott signs bail reform in 2021 and then calls for bail reform again 2 years later.

While Greg Abbott and other Republicans were quick to piggyback on the work and success of grassroots parents in fighting against critical race theory in schools, they are simply not equipped to take on critical legal theory taking over our justice system.

Let me be clear: I’m not complaining about violent criminals being released with no bail—that would be racist. When you really think about it, isn’t it better for your state to fail than to be called a racist?

It’s not all bad. In fact, there are new business opportunities developing from the state’s incompetence.
