Former Colleyville Heritage High School principal, James Whitfield, had his defamation lawsuit tossed yesterday, shocking absolutely no one familiar with his usual race-baiting grift tactics.
For those who can’t remember, Whitfield was known for pushing critical race theory in Grapevine-Colleyville Independent School District and also being generally disliked by anyone who wasn’t a raging leftist.
GCISD eventually reached a settlement agreement with Whitfield, and he voluntarily resigned, allowing the ISD to prosper and children to avoid race-baiting leftist propaganda.
Whitfield, wanting to stay in the spotlight, went on a media spree, speaking in front of Congress in defense of CRT and also doing speaking engagements for liberal groups in North Texas.
Eventually, the media attention ran low, and he decided to file a defamation suit against GCISD as well as board trustee Tammy Nakamura.
You can read more about the suit here:
Unfortunately for Whitfield, judges realized his claim was a joke, and his defamation suit was tossed.
Sources are saying that Whitfield had a total breakdown and accused the judge of committing an act of racism because the suit was dismissed with prejudice and we all know that prejudice is illegal.
It looks like Whitfield is going to have to find a new grift. Maybe write a book or something.
What do unemployment benefits pay in Texas nowadays?
“Move along. This is a non-woke school district”
Good to see racists like this guy getting a smack down. They, unfortunately, don't go quietly into the good night....
