Leftists across America are going for broke in trying to implement their mutant revolution — feeling extra empowered by the Brandon regime’s tyrannical behavior.
Can you really blame them? I would certainly feel empowered if the FBI was raiding the homes of my political enemies and the current “President” was declaring war on my enemies in prime time speeches.
Despite Texas the best effort of Texas parents, all this CRT stuff is still in the background.
AUSTIN — The Texas State Board of Education voted Friday to formally delay decisions on updates to the state’s social studies curriculum after receiving conservative backlash.
The board is made up of 15 elected members who set policies and standards for Texas public schools, including curriculum standards and the order in which subjects are taught.
Earlier this week, the board had hoped to push forward draft proposals from its new social studies curriculum, also referred to as Texas Essential Knowledge and Skills, or TEKS, but preliminarily voted to postpone any decisions until further research could be done.
The board voted 14-0 on Friday to direct staff to only revise the current curriculum to be in compliance with recently passed state laws targeting “critical race theory,” which must be updated by the end of this year.
The Board told staff, “ok lol, for real, do that thing in the law.”
They have instructed whoever is coming up with this crap to postpone making any substantive changes until 2025.
The board, which holds a Republican majority, was presented with draft TEKS updates this week, but decided to postpone the adoption of the drafts following conservative backlash.
During public testimony this week, many said they found the draft TEKS to be insufficient because they didn’t highlight “Texas heritage” and “American exceptionalism” adequately.
I didn’t listen to the testimony, but these quotes are definitely politically correct versions of the proposal critiques. The changes to the curriculum were proposed as if the last two years never happened — as if every school board meeting in the country hasn’t turned into a Royal Rumble.
Even with board meetings str8 pippin’, leftists are still wanting to plow ahead with their global citizen, race-marxism, critical theory, anti-white cult programming. The same stuff parents have been complaining about in the school board meetings.
One of the boldest moves in the proposed changes was trying to redefine “minority” to permanently exclude white people.
Everyone understands “minority” describes a smaller numerical quantity. Well, as whites are a minority in Texas (a very small minority in public schools) it’s no longer going to work to use the “minority” designation to push emotional far-left political agendas.
Rather than rebrand their sinister agenda, they have just decided to change the definition of the word!
Changing the definitions of words is a hallmark of tyranny. We are dealing with a cult trying to implement an authoritarian regime.
They want to have whites always framed as the “dominant group.” This is especially important for these Marxists in wealthy, mostly-white suburbs. To these Marxists, they must brainwash the youth so they can rebel against the values of their parents.
An objective analysis of the “dominant group” in America, as defined here, would not be white people. However, we all want to keep this site online, so we won’t get in to that.
Speaking of Marx, these proposed course changes openly admit the course on Sociology, which is a course meant to frame children’s worldview of society (this used to be done by the Bible), is largely based on Marx’s “conflict theory.”
Critical theory is the logical extension of conflict theory, especially given that the entire culture is poisoned with critical theory. Both of these are concepts that act like a virus — a virus of negative thoughts and half-baked conclusions about the world that are very compelling to mid-wits. Obviously, this sort of Marxist mandate in the State curriculum would mean critical race theory in the classroom whenever you have a teacher who feels the need to spread this virus.
Another proposed change wanted to narrow student’s understanding of the world by only focusing on the study of society in the United States. The old guidelines called for examining all of human society.
One of Karl Marx’s only ideas for bringing about his weirdo revolution was to have all his comrades whine and complain and use rhetoric to tear down everything normal in society — the family, traditions, religion, etc.
The plan to industrialize and commercialize whining and complaining about America marches on in the cracks and crevices of public education in Texas.
It’s all part of a larger plan where ruthless corporate interests have agreed to step up and oppress the American people where the constitution prevents the government from openly enforcing its tyranny. The end result isn’t really any different.
So if the open borders, drag queen pedophile time, the devalued currency, driving up electricity prices, killing the constitution, killing families, making all your favorite sports teams take a knee, the president publicly declaring war on you — if all this wasn’t enough, just know they aren’t backing down an inch on coming for the children.
We do need to reject this thinking, and fully embrace American exceptionalism.
America is excellent, and America really hasn’t done anything wrong.
I have studied American history at length, and I have yet to find a single thing we did wrong before passing the 19th amendment.
The 19A. Damn those pesky women. 😖
The only way to end this indoctrination is to eliminate the NEA and the Texas TEA. Take back local control of schools. It would also be advisable to do a merit system with teachers. The good ones should be rewarded and the bad ones should be sent on their way. NO MORE FREELOADERS.
