Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton has called on the Speaker of the Texas House to resign at the end of the legislative session, accusing the Speaker of breaking the law.
Paxton references a viral clip that some allege to show Republican House Speaker Dade Phelan conducting business completely wasted on the floor of the Texas House.
Paxton followed up the call to resign by tweeting a letter he sent to the Texas House General Investigations Committee, asking them to launch an investigation into Phelan.
It is not clear from the video that Phelan was intoxicated from alcohol. Looked like maybe he was huffing air duster cans or perhaps paint, or maybe some kind of glue. As of this writing, no air duster cans have been found. (Many are asking about air duster can theory.)
Yes! Please do what you can to get that so-called you know what out of there! He is a democrat posing as a Republican! I was not happy to see him in that position in the first place. Let me know how I can help with the process of removing his carcass.
I mean, he's "California Dade," so who knows what he's on. For those wondering, there's no reports of a "skunk smell."
