Another Texas Democrat Official Goes On "Mental Health Leave"

Natasha Harper-Madison of Austin cites "depression and anxiety."

Austin City Council member Natasha Harper-Madison is taking a mental health leave citing “depression and anxiety.”

On the Austin City Council online forum, Harper-Madison posted yesterday that this year has been “extremely challenging” and she lives with depression and anxiety.

Harper-Madison states she’ll be gone for sixty days… if she doesn’t extend it like Houston Judge Lina Hidalgo did.

Harper-Madison is a Democrat and has focused on very serious issues such as hair discrimination and complaining about White people.

For those who forgot, Harris County Judge Lina Hidalgo also took a mental health leave citing depression. She has been MIA since late July and doesn’t plan on returning to duty until October 2nd.

What’s with all these Democrat officials leaving for mental health reasons? It’s pretty incredible you can be elected for office and then take off for two months citing whatever.
