This child predator probably got his blood clots from sitting too long at the computer trying to hook up with teenage girls.

I can tell you first hand, I for one do believe these allegations. I was active with the Hidalgo county GOP from 2016 to 2018 and Aaron did not leave a good impression with me. In fact, the entire Pena clan seems to me to be in the GOP for reasons other than the conservative cause. They jumped on the bandwagon of George P bush just as soon as they could. One of their close allies got the chair of the young Republicans, and did some delegate deal to endorse George P. A precinct chair allied to them, Marshall Rankin, openly voted for Joe Biden.

There is so much wrong in the Hidalgo county GOP and so much that needs to be cleaned up. I thank current revolt for shining the light on the situation down here

The RGV is notorious for corruption. Has been for decades. Such a shame too, because there’s a lot of good people down there. It will take people like yourself to get it cleaned up. #CurrentRevoltRocks

The state party and chair rinaldi knew he was doing this when he worked for them before going to the congresswoman’s staff. They wouldn’t even listen or do anything and kept letting him have access to this girls. We told our srec people and nobody would put a stop to it at the rpt. We sent many emails to chair rinaldi and the SREC and they did nothing about him and his sister

I always try and give the benefit of the doubt. Especially during election season. Let’s face it, Dems are notorious for these kind of shenanigans but the texts and the George P Bush signs are hard to ignore. It’s a real shame because I really like Mayra.

Mayra is very squishy on illegals in case you were unaware.. Will she be better than any DemocRAT. Very likely but don't take your eyes off her.

Hispanic males are also notoriuous for these 'shenanigans'. It is a cultural thing. The problem is Republicans are so desperate to get hispanics into the Party, they don't bother vetting them or they ignore the obvious until Current Revolt brings it into the light. Thanks again Current Revolt for showing other journalists the right way to do things.

He will have to take a polygraph. If he fails to show up or just fails he may be charged. The offer of a polygraph is typically on the table as a tool to clear your name in child sex abuse cases.

Polygraphs are not admissible in a court of law and therefore cannot be compelled. He absolutely will not “have” to take one. No attorney worth his salt will allow him to either. There are 3 ways a polygraph can go and 2 of them are bad. I’m not defending him, but the polygraph argument is pretty weak. I think there’s a lot of evidence w/o the polygraph. You can do better.

I’m a Texas Licensed Private Investigator and I can assure you that Harris and Montgomery County uses them. It doesn’t matter if they’re admissible. It’s about the only way someone accused of sex offenses against a child can prove innocence. Harris County, where I live, has a staff polygrapher.

I should add that I have seen a few accused men take the polygraph at Harris County Sheriff’s Office in person.

Well what about the intentions to get with a minor .. obviously the Snapchat comments are real!.. I say take good person away for abusing it and conspiracy t ok engage sexually with a minor.. hmm is that a charge 🤔

I do believe the official change is titled Solicitation of a Minor. For anyone over the age of 17, unwanted groping and forcing a kiss, etc., could be something else. I need to read those statutes.

Not sure what your license proves, but again, the DA cannot compel anyone to take a polygraph. ALL counties use them, but it’s purely voluntary. Polygraphs prove nothing. That’s why any half ass attorney will tell him not to take it. Do some research on the polygraph and you’ll see why they’re not admissible. It absolutely matters!

Look. I think this guy is a sleeze ball and guilty AF. I’m not defending him, but he does deserve his day in court and to be treated equally under the law. Looks like they have plenty for a conviction w/o the stupid inaccurate “Lie Detector”.

My license proves I have a strong knowledge of the use of polygraph examinations in criminal investigations.

I never said a DA would be compelling a defendant to take a poly, I wrote that it’s offered as a way for an accused to prove their innocence. And I know first hand that even the guilty ones opt to take the exam because if they’re telling the truth per the examiner, there’s no charges (usually).

I can’t predict if an attorney would say take it or not because it’s inadmissible anyway. I’ve seen a lot of people take one with legal representation. Hence the confirmation that it’s voluntary. I wish I could give more details about my past cases.

The poly examination devices today are very accurate. If you watch Dr Phil you’ve seen his poly examiner John Grogan, John is a colleague of mine and he uses the latest poly equipment tech on the market as they do at the county.

Also if anyone doesn’t believe that Harris Co doesn’t do poly’s, call them.
