A North Texas elections official who was lauded by top state officials — and his critics — as one of the best administrators in the field has submitted his resignation.
Heider Garcia, who has been the elections director in Tarrant County since 2018, told county officials his last day will be June 23, after the county’s May 6 general election, according to his letter of resignation obtained by Votebeat.
The resignation comes months after a newly elected county judge, the county’s top executive, took office. Tim O’Hare ran on a campaign that prioritized election integrity and frugal spending of tax dollars. Soon after he took office he debuted a county election integrity task force, despite the lack of evidence of widespread voter fraud.

That’s what I assume, anyway. Either it is that thing about the skin, or it was discovered by the new administration that Tarrant County’s elections are as phony as a $3 bill. I guess that’s also possible.
Apparently nobody who hired this guy knew how to do a basic internet search to look into someone’s background.
He and his brother were run out of the Philippines while being accused of doing election swindling by the government. This explosive clip never really went viral because it happened in the Philippines, but it’s quite a doozy. A member of the House of Representatives goes off on Garcia.

I guess Garcia couldn’t find any more work in his home country of Venezuela because the elections there are perfectly secure. Sad that he has to come to America where the elections are so fake. That can’t be good for his career.
Whatever happened to the big scandal with the homeless man telling a police officer about an elaborate voter fraud operation in Tarrant County for Democrat Chair Deborah Peoples? There was also some kind of sophisticated iPad vote harvesting scheme uncovered by Direct Action a few years before that.
Nothing happened, because nothing ever happens. Except for this thing with Garcia, that is happening. After the local elections on May 6th, of course.

Tarrant County, Texas - Today, Tarrant County Elections Administrator, Heider Garcia, announced his resignation, effective June 23, 2023. Tarrant County Democratic Party Chair
Dr. Allison Campolo released the following statement:
"The Tarrant County Democratic Party is alarmed about the circumstances that led to the resignation of Tarrant County Elections Administrator Heider Garcia. Garcia has provided transparency in voting processes, and has communicated those voting procedures clearly to the public.
We condemn Judge Tim 'Hare and other members of the extremist Republican party for fostering an environment of misinformation and distrust in our electoral process such that a professional Elections Administrator can no longer facilitate voting in Tarrant County. Under Garcia's leadership, our county has demonstrated fairness and accuracy in our voting systems, as verified by numerous audits and citizen recounts.
We are concerned that O'Hare will seek to appoint an election denier to replace Garcia, who will remove transparency and disenfranchise voters. We ask all Tarrant County voters to remain vigilant on whom Judge 'Hare is interested in for Tarrant County's next Election Administrator, and to make your voices heard at the Commissioners Court."
Heider has been botching elections just like Chris Davis. The Texas Tribune is funded by Bill Gates of Hell. Tarrant County Elections are unknowable and unrecoverable, you have no idea how many voters were given the wrong ballot. County Wide Polling Program is illegal and our votes and confidence has been stolen by this horrible method of voting. Put pressure on SOS to discontinue CWPP because it is ILLEGAL.
