Deport them all. Assimilate or leave.

His ethnicity is listed as Puerto Rican I'm speculating Iranian

Armin Mizani is a Republican politician and attorney from Keller, Texas, currently serving as the Mayor of Keller since 2020.

He previously served on the Keller City Council from 2014 to 2018.

Mizani is the founder and managing attorney of Mizani Law Firm, where he specializes in personal injury litigation and has represented individuals injured due to negligence, successfully litigating against major insurance companies.

He has been recognized as one of America’s top personal injury trial attorneys, including being named to the “Top 50” Trial Verdict in Texas in 2020 and receiving accolades such as “Top 40 Under 40” by The National Trial Lawyers and “10 Best Attorneys in Texas” by the American Institute of Personal Injury Attorneys.

In January 2026, Mizani proposed a city resolution rejecting sharia law and other foreign legal systems, affirming that Keller will only abide by the U.S. Constitution and U.S. law.

He signed a proclamation on December 16, 2025, declaring “NO SHARIA LAW IN KELLER” and emphasizing constitutional supremacy and American sovereignty.

This action has been described as the first step toward codifying a ban on foreign legal systems in the city.

Mizani announced his candidacy for the Texas Senate District 9 seat in July 2025, following the resignation of Kelly Hancock, who became interim Comptroller of Texas.

He is also running in the Republican primary for Texas House of Representatives District 98, with the primary scheduled for March 3, 2026.

As a candidate, he has pledged support for congressional term limits, signing the U.S. Term Limits convention pledge to advocate for an Article V convention on term limits.

His political platform emphasizes tax relief, public safety, infrastructure improvements, opposition to illegal immigration, and support for parental rights in education.

Mizani is a member of several conservative organizations, including the NRA and the Republican Party of Texas, and has been endorsed by conservative groups such as Texans for Fiscal Responsibility and Texas Values Action.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts from Purdue University and a Juris Doctor from Michigan State University College of Law.

Tommy Tuberville cosponsored very effective anti Sharia legislation that was quite promising, it's political suicide for neutral normies to touch such legislation and the Hamas Demorrhoids on top of the council of American Islamic relations lobbied hard though I'm uncertain as to the tawdry details of how it went sour but would speculate that mjt and Massey proclaimed they're uselessness yet again and voted against it

The restrictional legalities that enabled Islam were repealed recently under the XXX TBD icr legislation 😖🤔😡 that withdrew support for the McCarran act (not recalling the exact name)

The legalities that can ban Sharia immigration are as follows

The Immigration and Nationality Act of 1952. On the USCIS web site. In Section 212 Chapter 2, it Prohibits entry into America Aliens belonging to an organization seeking the unlawful overthrow of the federal government of the United States by force, violence and other unconstitutional means.

Islamic immigration would be illegal under this law. Why? The Koran, Sharia Law and the Hadith all require complete submission to Islam. To which are against our values and violate the Constitution as it requires them to kill the infidel, which happens to be citizens of he United States.

The Islamic faith also requires total submission to Islam and its form of government. The law states that Aliens affiliated with any "organization" that advocates the overthrow of our government are prohibited".

and Nationality Act of 1952:

http://www.gpo.gov/fdsys/pkg/STATUTE-66 /pdf/STATUTE-66-Pg163.pdf

The Immigration and Nationality Act of 1952 (Pub.L. 82-414, 66 Stat. 163, enacted June 27, 1952), also known as the McCarran-Walter Act, restricted immigration into the U.S. and is codified under Title 8 of the United States Code (8 U.S.C. ch. 12). The Act governs primarily immigration to and citizenship in the United States. It has been in effect since December 24, 1952. Before this Act, a variety of statutes governed immigration law but were not organized within one body of text.

Do bigots have to show that they are bigots by putting LOL whenever Jews are discussed and how exactly does Texas law prohibit anti-semitism?

Kinky Friedman was a righteous Texan and went un eulogized in this column which i i r c also featured Henry Ford and his deranged mangina views about Jews that allowed him to profiteer fiercely from world war II selling armaments to both sides, the profiteering Jew hater is a fixture in politics worldwide no LOL

Why haven't you Texans gotten your Muslims under control?

How many active sundown towns still exist in texas?

Tommy Paine's avatar

There was effectively no Muslims prior to this act, but you are arguing this act allows us to keep out Muslims?

Alan, aka DudeInMinnetonka's avatar

The wording indicates that's the intention does it not?

Tommy Paine's avatar

lol no this act is to blame. It does not contain a secret, hidden solution.

Alan, aka DudeInMinnetonka's avatar

It's a known disqualifier that those who include LOL incessantly are unqualified 😖

I'll await your analysis article telling me why what I read which is apparent and obvious and true is untrue and unapparent and unobvious as you incessantly LOL without analysis insight or rebuttal

Tommy Paine's avatar

The analysis is simply looking at the results of this law. It does not do what you claim. The old laws worked. There’s not much to analyze. L O L

You all do know that in the very religious Jewish communities they have Jewish religious courts run by Community Rabbis. They have no legally binding authority only religious. For example they give religious divorce decrees called a Get. It is basically a religious divorce contract. It has no civil authority and the couple still must go to the District Court of the state they live in to get a divorce that is recognized by the state. If the couple doesn't get a religious divorce neither one of them can remarry in a religious ceremony. Muslims have a very similar thing. Muslim couples wants to get a divorce they have to go to the US legal system but if they want to get a religious divorce they must go to a Muslim religious Court. The proclamation added the word voluntary so that people could still go to their religious courts if they wanted for religious matters such as a religious divorce.
