VIDEO: Democrat Voter Physically Removed from Paxton Rally
A post on X went viral when a woman posted video of herself getting removed by event security from a GOP candidate rally in Amarillo, seconds before Ken Paxton spoke.
While being removed she tells security she’s “a swing independent voter.”
Current Revolt was provided the woman’s voting record and it shows she has voted in exactly two primaries, both Democrat, and in nothing at all before 2024.:
She went on to claim she didn’t vote in previous elections because she didn’t like any of the candidates:
Campaigns often remove individuals they recognize or suspect will cause problems during rallies.
Denton County Posts AI Slop. Convinces People it’s Real
The AI-era of content creation has absolutely done numbers on the baby boomer generation.
The Denton County Republican Party Facebook page posted a fake, AI-generated Trump post, complete with a fake billboard, convincing some in the comment section that it was real.
Studies keep finding that people in older age groups struggle to identify AI images from reality:
Careful out there!
VIDEO: Angela Paxton Addresses the Elephant in the Room in New Ad
In an ad released this weekend, Senator Angela Paxton appears in an ad where she endorses the entire Republican ticket.
Sen. Paxton specifically brings up “the elephant in the room” which of course refers to her ongoing divorce from Ken Paxton.
Google Trends shows searches for Sen. Angela Paxton spiking on Sunday, which suggests a lot of people are trying to figure out what that elephant is.
The Texas Tribune Discovers Boomer Communism
Last December we covered Rep. Brent Money’s war on Boomer Communism.
Now the Texas Tribune has noticed.
Now, nearly 2.4 million Texans no longer pay school property taxes.
You may have heard about the Texas GOP’s recent efforts to buy votes. Today, 60% of homeowners 65 and up are paying the school district $0 in taxes. The average school tax bill last year was $896. For seniors it was $380.
Who makes up the difference? YOU do, LOL, through the state surplus, which is your sales tax.
Tax policy experts on both sides of the aisle agree and view the disproportionate benefit to senior homeowners, who tend to have more wealth than younger generations, as a wealth transfer from younger Texans to older Texans.
Are we allowed to notice the GOP doing a wealth transfer scheme after we voted for them?
“We don’t begrudge older generations for not wanting to be taxed out of their homes,” said Derrick Wilson, chairman of the Texas Young Republican Federation. “But it does seem foundationally unfair to grant tax relief to an older generation that’s been voting for bonds and things that we still have to pay for.”
Patrick’s fix is to drop the age to 55. Abbott’s is a hoax about abolishing property taxes altogether, which he teases every time a camera is on.
If you rent, congratulations, you’re the plan.
