Democrat Lawyer Threatens to KILL COUNTY COMMISSIONER

The party of love and tolerance strikes again as a lawyer and former Democrat Precinct Chair Coordinator for the Tarrant County Democrat Party was arrested by the Fort Worth Police Department’s Homeland Security Unit after threatening the life of Tarrant County Commissioner Manny Ramirez.

He is charged with terroristic threat against a peace officer/judge, according to court records.

According to a news release from Ramirez’s office, the suspect “issued repeated threats to kill Commissioner Ramirez, lacing the threats with multiple racial slurs.”

A Democrat using racial slurs against someone they disagree with is something that has quite literally never happened in the history of ever.

Commissioner Ramirez put out a press release after receiving the racial death threats, which is kind of a funny thing to do after being called a racial slur.

“Threatening the lives of those we disagree with, especially through racially charged language, is reprehensible and has no place in civil society,” Ramirez said. “I hope this serves as a wake-up call to anyone who thinks that such language and threats are acceptable in our political culture.” - Commissioner Manny Ramirez

Lofton previously served as a Precinct Chair Coordinator for the Tarrant County Democrat Party, according to news reports. Voting records show Lofton voted Democrat in at least 5 primary/runoff elections since 2016. Lofton most recently voted in the 2024 Democrat Primary.

The Star-Telegram is reporting Lofton is being held in the Tarrant County Jail on a $100,000 bond with no defense attorney listed as of earlier this week.

Many people are saying that Lofton used a heavy Irish accent when he left the threatening voicemails on Ramirez’s phone.

In the spirit of transparency, Current Revolt has reached out to Commissioner Ramirez for comment as to what specific racial slurs he was called. The Texas Newspaper of Record is also exploring an open records request seeking transparency on Manny’s lifts in order to declassify the secret to his 24-inch pythons.
