Democrat Tells Abbott: Increase Food Stamps for “People Coming Here”

Congressman Lloyd Doggett [D-Austin] sat for an interview with Fox 7 where he accused the Texas government of dereliction of duty in handing out food stamps as fast as they possibly can. The twelve-term Congressman also demanded Greg Abbott personally address the food stamp delays before blurting out that the food stamps were urgently needed to feed “folks coming here.”

We need much greater attention from the Governor personally, and from this agency, to see that folks coming here, the holiday season especially, get the food that the federal government is providing and funding, and get it officially. - Congressman Lloyd Doggett

The Congressman is very old—truly a Brandon Democrat. He may have forgotten he was on television or that you aren’t supposed to say things like that out loud. I also don’t know what he meant by getting food stamps “officially.” Perhaps this is a hat-tip to food stamp fraudsters? This could be like a niche Democrat constituency.

He went on to say that Texas was in “violation of federal law” by not passing out food stamps fast enough?

Give me a break.

Honestly, I don’t have a problem with food stamps as a program, but when the Democratic Party, who many people speculate are opening the border to try and create a more favorable voter base for their moronic race communism agenda, when they start saying we need more food stamps for people who just appeared in our state 5 seconds ago, suddenly I’m vehemently against this type of federal program.

And when I say against, I’m talkin’ super against. This is a photo of me at the moment.

Remember during the Legislative Session how the Chair of the County Affairs Committee, Democrat Victoria Neave Criado, told Republican Tony Tinderholt he wasn’t allowed to use the phrase “illegal immigrant” anymore in committee meetings? I hate to repeat myself, but there are not really any such thing as “illegal aliens” anymore. They didn’t merely ban the word, but the concept has been retired entirely.

Today, illegals all claim asylum by saying they are oppressed, and then get hooked up with every kind of social service the government can get away with. We’ve posted videos of immigration attorneys who help these people stay in our country forever say they have “never heard of” an asylum case being denied because there was zero proof of their claims.

Just to be clear, everyone is claiming asylum and being allowed stay.

All these people are then eligible for all sorts of welfare, including food stamps.

It’s really wacky.

The above question is a question your State Representative is never going to ask. You don’t get to be like Lloyd Doggett or any of the career politician Republicans in leadership by asking naughty questions like that.

We could have random people entering Texas from a portal near the southern border and I don’t think the situation would change at all.

Is there any substantive difference between the border crossers today and people coming illegally via a portal?

Where do Texas Republicans stand on the portal crossers? Do they support food stamps if the portal crossers claim they were oppressed in another dimension?

Is a portal a port of entry?

Basically Democrats are on TV demanding Abbott create even more inflation by passing out more money, faster, to “folks coming here.” What what are Republicans doing?

Is Abbott calling for these people to be arrested and charged with treason?

Nope.

Doesn’t help any of us, but it is pretty kick ass.
