El Paso has been drinking desalinated water for almost 20 years, thanks to Ft. Bliss partnering with the city and bringing federal dollars to build a desalination plant. It was built on Ft. Bliss land, otherwise our city leaders would still be arguing like those in Corpus Christie. The brackish water here is not as salty as sea water but there is still an issue regarding what to do with the minerals removed from the water. That is being solved by burying them in the desert.

Proof: Doing nothing is NEVER the right option.
Water rations pathetic
Maybe Corpus Christi should have declined to host a convention since they have a water crisis.
Maybe they can host it on Malcom Tanner’s land in Loving County?
The best thing for the environment would be if democrats ceased to exist.
