"Exclusive" Muslim Community to Open in Dallas Area

Includes exclusive Islamic home loans.

If you thought the 90-foot, half-monkey half-man statue in Sugar Land was exhausting, then strap in and strap on because things are only getting weirder in the Lone Star State.

Epic City and Epic Ranches have announced planned communities exclusively for Muslims located northeast of Plano in Lucas, Texas. Many people are saying the way the properties are being sold reminds them of the situation at Colony Ridge.

In videos pitching the community to other Muslims, they highlight that this is an exclusive community.

This is curious considering their more public-facing marketing says the opposite, that it’s an “inclusive” community.

You can tell the difference between public-facing marketing and Muslim-facing marketing very easily. This is how the Muslim-facing marketing begins.

“Okay so, bismillah, alhamdulillah, wassalatu wassalamu ala rasulillah, wa alaalihi wa sahbihi, wa anwa lahma ba'd. So we're going to be giving some updates about Epic City and about Epic Ranches, inshallah wa ta'ala.”

The community also includes access to special gyms, schools, and other businesses, all catering to Muslims.

Dr. Yasir Quadhi, the man behind the project, put out a video announcing that Muslims interested in purchasing property in the community would have access to exclusive “Islamic loans.”

It would seem this has something to do with interest payments. We’re not a part of the exclusive community, so we were unable to independently verify the details of these loans.

Their website also has this curious disclaimer for foreign buyers.

“…we will limit sales to only persons we believe contribute to the overall makeup of our community…”

Both communities are located just 30 minutes north of Dallas.

In a video posted on Instagram, Dr. Yasir Quadhi mentions that phase one of their project sold out in just days.

The homes seem to include pools in the front yard.

They also want to park cars in the grass, according to drawings released by the project.

This whole situation appears to be a Muslim plot to normalize pools in the front yard and parking sports cars on the lawn.
