They know ~95% of Texans know nothing about state politics. The few that even know of this bill will see the headlines and skip the details. They know media won't report the truth. Even the orgs and influencers that you'd think are on our side don't report the truth about these bills, often. Everybody wants to take a victory lap anyway they can get it. There are too many lies to keep up with and even if you do, it's usually of little benefit. Here's your reward for understanding the truth:
