As a voter in Kansas, I'd like to know, specifically, when the question of the school board working with the Democratic Party is answered that we could "pull a Kansas," what exactly are they referring to?

I’m pretty sure Texas requires one party involved in the conversation to offer consent to record. It’s unlawful to record other people’s conversations without their consent.
