There’s seemingly no end to the horde of gimmigrants (gimme-immigrants who ask for handouts) crossing the border with a sad story. After paying the cartels to cross through Mexico, it’s unsurprising that these gimmigrants are willing to commit all sorts of fraud and scams in order to stay here.
Authorities in Texas said that a gas station robbery in January that turned deadly was part of a hoax to allow the fake victims to file for a special visa that would allow them to stay in the United States while the case was resolved.
The Houston Police Department said that 22-year-old Rasshuud Scott "pretended" to rob two people at a Swift gas station on January 27. However, a bystander intervened and fatally shot Scott before fleeing the scene.
A bystander named Jesus Vargas, who sounds like a melanin-enhanced individual, says he fled the scene because he was on probation and not allowed to own a gun.
If this Good Samaritan was so dangerous as to not be allowed to own a gun, why wasn’t he kept in jail? Anyone dangerous enough to not be allowed to own a gun should be in jail.
Vargas was not in jail, though; he was out in public, and he used his right to own a gun in order to stop what anyone would have believed was a violent crime. He would be a hero if not for the fact that the entire robbery was a scam for a visa.
The fake robbery was organized by 22-year-old William Winfrey so the fake victims could obtain a U-Visa.
A U Visa is a status granted to illegals who are victims of criminal activities and have “suffered substantial physical or mental abuse.”
U Visas are granted for FOUR YEARS with extensions available, according to the USCIS website.
We actually wrote about this last week, mentioning that illegals are going to be following the incentives the government gives them.
If you reward violent crime, then don’t be surprised when you get more violent crime.
Are fake crimes now the hot new gimmigrant scam to secure status? It’s quite possible. Police said that the fraudsters in this case had previously committed the same fake robbery scam two times already.
Documents stating that the two had staged at least two robberies with the same method before, saying they did one the night before Scott was killed on Jan 26 on 4400 Lockwood Drive at the Swift gas station.
In that case, both victims submitted for U-visas and one of them received one.
Another documented case is from February 27, 2023 at 6601 Gessner Road. The documents say all three people who claimed to be victims applied for and were granted U-Visas.
The dead fraudster’s fiance made a statement to Fox News, saying the main issue with this entire incident is…GUN LAWS.
There’s no information available about the two gimmigrants who were part of this fake robbery scam. No names or photos were available when we checked. We hope they’ve already been shipped back to their home country, although we doubt that’s happened.
The shooter/hero in this story is currently facing a grand jury to see if he’ll face charges.

One less fraudster to deal with. A good day.
