JJ made over 10 phone calls in an attempt to schedule service. JJ called her attorney, Mark Melton, multiple times, but he never got back.
To ensure service, on January 6, 2025, JJ accompanied the process server to serve Crockett.
Crockett was not there, but staff assistant accepted the service and said she would forward it to the Chief of Staff.
She even gave a business card to the process server, and there were no issues.
JJ waited 21 days after the January 6, 2025, service to Mark Melton and Crockett's staff in her only Dallas Office that is public knowledge. She did not respond.
On January 27, 2025, JJ called Fair Park and asked if the Great Hall was public or private. They confirmed it was a public building and that Jasmine Crockett’s event was a civic event for which she received the building for free.
On January 28, 2025, JJ accompanied the process server to observe and record as he attempted to serve Jasmine Crockett.
JJ stopped at the door, and she was right in front of JJ. JJ politely informed an alleged agent that JJ was there with a court order and a federal complaint to serve Crockett.
JJ asked him to retrieve her so the process server could formally serve her. Jasmine Crockett looked at JJ, then looked at him, shook her head, and pointed her fingers.
JJ was ATTACKED, STRANGLED, and FORCIBLY REMOVED from a PUBLIC BUILDING for simply being there to observe. The process server was violently thrown to the ground and carried out in humiliation—simply for doing his job. Meanwhile, the Dallas Police REFUSED to investigate!
