Lawsuit Claims Texas AG Leadership Fabricated Sexual Harassment Allegations
S*xual assault asteroids may no longer be a credible threat.
It appears that First Assistant Attorney General (FAAG) Brent Webster’s fear of being “violently anally raped by a cylindrical asteroid” may have no grounds as Stone Hilton PLLC, Judd Stone, and Chris Hilton, are accusing Webster of fabricating the entire thing.
Following up on a story Current Revolt covered last month…
Stone Hilton PLLC and its founding partners sued FAAG Brent Webster over allegations that include orchestrating a smear campaign against them.
The lawsuit accuses the FAAG of being a “petty tyrant” who interfered with a six-figure engagement with a prospective client and then retaliated against Stone and Hilton over their subsequent public information request.
Stone and Hilton claim that Webster fabricated emails regarding sexual harassment and the reason for their separation from the Office of the Attorney General. They also allege that Webster maintains a security detail, seemingly funded by taxpayer dollars, to protect against a nonexistent threat.
The lawsuit further alleges that the emails drafted by Webster contained false claims, including that Stone wanted to see Webster sexually assaulted in front of his children and that Webster would be assaulted by an asteroid strike.
Editors note: It seems that taxpayer funded security detail is being provided to Webster over the fear of an asteroid strike and I just cannot figure out what the state of Texas could do to protect FAAG Brent Webster against such a thing.
The lawsuit further alleges that executive staff assisted Webster in devising his “blackmail scheme” and that, after Stone and Hilton informed Attorney General Ken Paxton of the alleged fake email, Paxton objected to its release. Stone and Hilton claim that the resulting media attention caused substantial reputational damage.
Editors note: We covered this email in a previous story you can read here.
Background of the suit ends with Stone and Hilton reaffirming that Webster’s email is a lie and is retaliation for their refusal to work with Webster.
The suit in it’s entierity can be read here.
At least asteroids are no longer a worry to Texans across the state.
No amount of THC could have concocted such a bizarre claim
FAAGs are always into sexual deviant behavior.
