Mary Jo. Parents need to teach their kids right from wrong, Cuts both ways. If my daughters tried putting on certain attire to go out, I would turn them around and say change or you stay home. These issues of clothing in school would evaporate if kids wore uniforms but I know many parents who think it a negative because their kids 'socialization' would be harmed somehow. Isn't school supposed to be about education only???? Uniforms would immediately put ALL kids on equal footing when it comes to "expressing" themselves thru their garments of choice. That parents are as dumb as many of the kids is more than obvious in the arguments they take against school uniforms. You reap what you sow. BTW I survived the fashions of hip hugger jeans, miniskirts, hot pants, and more and I was never accosted by a single young man in school, much less masturbated in front of. These things are happening because the norms of acceptable behavior in our society have been destroyed and most have gone along with it. The gay movement opened this door. The women's movement feminized our boys and shamed women into leaving their jobs as homemakers/wives/mothers. The women's movement also opened the door to boys/men in women's sports ad nauseum. Women wanted complete equality in everything right??? Well they got it and now they don't like the results. Tough titty as the saying goes.
Fredericksburg ISD has walked back ALL the progress that was made in the last year. Bad books still there and they are reinviting CIS, Communities in Schools, even after CIS was run out of town!

Fredericksburg is getting nowhere with getting the disgusting books out of the schools libraries. We are, however, going to have a school board election soon. Hopefully some good decent people will be elected. The system has been corrupted by loading the book review committee with committed leftists who probably think boys masturbating in the halls and classrooms is just fine. IDK.
