Former House Rep Wife Boots for Sale?
Boots have gone up for sale at the Lucchese factory outlet in El Paso that happen to have the exact same name as the wife of disgraced former Texas State Representative Bryan Slaton.
On sale for a low price of $1,289!
We originally reported them as being sold by the wife of Bryan Slaton but after reaching out to Slaton for comment, and not receiving a reply, he updated his X with an email that is highly lacking in context:
Slaton also seemingly referred to Current Revolt as “TMZ’s little sister” which is an interesting choice of words for a man who has had trouble with young girls.
Anyway. We’re trying to buy these boots so if you wanna throw your favorite TMZ-adjacent news site some cash…
Big Nate Not Running for Re-election
Rep. Nate Schatzline R-HD93, announced on X yesterday that he is not running for re-election.
Rep. Schatzline announced he would finish out his term and then join the National Faith Advisory Board fighting for religious freedom among other great things.
A replacement for Rep. Schatzline has seemingly already been chosen and has received Schatzline’s endorsement via AlanBlaylock.com.
Blaylock is a current Forth Worth City Councilman.
Briscoe Cain Polling High in Run for Congress
Reported first from ace-reporter Brad Johnson, the Briscoe Cain camp is reporting a new poll that shows him at 37% over his next most serious opponent, Alexandra del Moral Mealer.
Polling numbers reflected even higher for Cain under a President Donald Trump endorsement showing 58% vs 11% for Mealer.
However, earlier this month Mealer posted $575,000 raised vs Cain’s $425,000.
