Excellent article! We are deceived and lazy if we believe that Texas is solidly red just because we reject a wing nut like Beto O’Roark for anything. The real fights are local and always have been. If Conservatives don’t act that way and fight that way, they will (over time) give in to the Left. The Bush influence in this State is a cancer to real conservatism. Our candidates must be better vetted. Just my take.

One should start digging into the backgrounds and bank accounts of the judges who have undermined the will of the people and legislated from the bench. Conservatives have no clue how to fight to win since most are hampered by their 'churches' teachings or should I say lack of teachings? They will wring their hands over Trump's 'mean' tweets and roll over and support the status quo politicians every damned time or let the machines do the voting for them with nary a whimper of protest about the election theft. Most of these folks in Texas were big Cruzbots and actually use every excuse they can to bash Trump who has more testicular fortitude than we have in this State.
