HOUSTON – Many officials are speaking out against the recently filed Texas Senate Bill 147, which would prohibit citizens and business entities from China, Iran, North Korea and Russia from purchasing land within the state of Texas.

The bill was filed on Nov. 14, 2022, by Republican State Senator Lois Kolkhorst, who released a statement, reading:

“Upon final passage, this legislation will ensure that all US citizens regardless of country of origin can buy and own property in Texas. The time to address adversarial countries acquiring land is before it becomes widespread; not after they already control substantial amounts of Texas. Others have recently placed restrictions on foreign land acquisition such as the Trudeau administration in Canada.”

The bill is utterly cartoonish and seems to be as straightforward as it sounds. Among other things, simply being a citizen of the mentioned countries means you are banned from owning property.

Kolkhorst later said in a statement that lawful US permanent residents are not subject to the prohibition. But that’s not what the bill says. The bill just blanket-bans those who hold citizenship to those countries.

Several questions arise beyond “what even is this?”

What exactly is being alleged to happen with “adversarial countries” acquiring property in Texas? The ban on critical infrastructure ownership has already become law.

More importantly, what have these countries ever done to citizens of Texas? Have they harmed you in any way?

How much of your freedom has North Korea taken away?

If a crisis or war situation were to develop with China, for example, governments will just seize the land and put the Chinese into camps. So this idea that having bans on all property ownership is “homeland security” is really dumb.

We have real enemies, believe me. I can tell you one entity that is directly or indirectly held or controlled by a government hostile to Texas — The United States. And the criminals that run the federal government also totally control the military. Yes, this is happening, it has happened. All the good people were forced out with the critical race theory, vaccine mandates, trannies, etc.

So we now have a woke military with high-tech killing machines going to war with Russia.

The official reason given for US involvement in a war threatening to destroy the planet is protecting the democracy of voting machines and western media influence in Ukraine. However, many people have noted the real reason for US involvement appears to be things like ensuring the homosexuality agenda dominates Ukraine like it does in the US, especially the “trans kids” movement. It’s so obvious that Tucker Carlson called it World War Trans.

The US government really, really wants sexualized child trannies, and The Department of Justice is going after states who try to limit it. Not China, not North Korea, and Iran has funny leaders on Twitter so they appear to be pretty cool.

Things the federal government are criminals for:

• Opening our border

• Targeting us and our children

• Starting wars

• Forcing people to take shots

• Taking our freedoms

How about a law banning the federal government from owning land in Texas?

Believe me, when Texas inevitably bails on this hostile government in Washington, we are going to NEED allies to help us defend our legitimate claim to self-determination, and the countries targeted by this ban are a Texas allies short list.
