Who does this bill help? It only applies to employers so it does nothing for students. The bill says if you work in the medical field (the only field that still mandates covid vaxx), they get to make your life hell if you don't inject the gene juice. I assume that means forced masking, forced testing (on the employee's dime probably) and who knows what else.

Basically, the bill does nothing. What it does do is gives some RINO's a fake win and anytime the issue comes up in the future, they can say "We already took care of that", like Abbott deceptively did for years.

This is so true. I testified to the Senate committee hearing on the bill that ALL vaccines should be prohibited from being mandated across the board because they all have risks. No one is immune from the effects of these chemically and biologically active soups and one never knows how one will respond. It could be fine one day and deadly the next. Including flu shots. Besides, we have sovereignty over our own body. The State does not own us.

It's amazing to me that the state has made it flatly clear that they do own us and a vast majority do not care. The government can force you to play Russian Roulette, free of evidence. In fact, they happily manufacture "evidence" and hide inconvenient evidence. They've taken away your ability to sue for damages. They gave the employer and manufacturer complete liability protection and they tell the person least able to pay they can go broke and die. The cherry on top is that we pretend the guy that went broke and died doesn't exist. We as a people say, "We like this! Thank you!"

Doesn't this bill enshrine in the law that discriminating against your employees for their medical decisions is ok? It explicitly says if your employee doesn't take the meds you force on them, you can punish them. Why not apply this principle to the other vaccines?

Your article nails the true problem we have in Texas...sell out legislators. I absolutely despise them all at this point. May karma pay them a visit soon.
