3 (Allegedly) Drown During Illegal Border Crossing

A park that once featured a respectable baseball field has turned into ground zero for illegal immigration into Texas.
Shelby Park sits right on the Texas/Mexico border in the town of Eagle Pass. It has become famous as having the easiest route ever to illegally enter America where anyone who makes it across will be given their choice of school (school choice) and welfare.
A video tour of the park reveals the Texas side of the river features a smooth, zero-entry design, similar to what you find in luxury pools.
Apparently, having an area of the border where even Greg Abbott could illegally cross was just too much. And thus began a years-long battle between state and local officials for control over Shelby Park.
Eagle Pass and Shelby Park in particular have been useful staging grounds for many of Abbott’s recent immigration stunts. You may remember this from a few years ago, from Abbott’s greatest hits — Wall Made of Chinese Shipping Containers.
More recently, it has been total bedlam at the park.
The scene is similar to the zombie movie World War Z except everyone is checking their phones more often and waiting for someone to take care of them.
Earlier this year, the Mayor of Eagle Pass unilaterally gave control of the park over to State authorities. Apparently through some kind of back channels, and using what officials at the Texas Department of Public Safety purportedly described as a “legal instrument,” Abbott’s DPS used the Eagle Pass Mayor and color of law to turn this public park into private property, despite there being no property owner. Big-brained stuff, I guess.
Well known for his lawsuit-slinging, Abbott was able to maintain private ownership of the baseball field/park on behalf of the mayor for about 3 months before the City Council retaliated with their own “legal instrument.” In August, they voted unanimously for a formal take-back of the public park that was sold for free – to no one.
6 weeks later, the ferries from Mexico to the zero-entry dock in Shelby Park were back in service.
Eagle Pass is also the source of videos and reports of US Border Patrol cutting razor wire put up by DPS to try and hinder the Fed’s “targeted invasion” plans, which they are coordinating using an app in the App Store called CBP One.
The app, run by US Homeland Security, will serve as the foundation for the beginning of what the federal government assumes will be a lengthy and abusive relationship. They will be your new daddy and master, as implied by the icon.
Migrants are forced to download the app to enter the US. In the rare case they don’t already have a phone, the government gives them one.
This week, after millions of illegal crossings, and by a mechanism and means that I have been unable to independently verify, Abbott’s DPS forces once again seized control of the famous zero-entry illegal alien ramp in Shelby Park.
The Biden administration ran to the Supreme Court, making their case on Friday that the federal government has the exclusive and unlimited right to funnel whoever they find wandering along the border into a Democrat/NGO not-for-profit-to-welfare pipeline, with tax dollars flowing freely in every direction. In other words, “yes, we are traitors, resistance is futile.”
Texas immediately relented to pressure from the Feds, saying they are trying to get the boat ramp specifically back in service so that human smuggling can continue.
“Nevertheless, Texas is currently working to ensure that Border Patrol has access to the boat ramp for the reasons cited by the Solicitor General in her brief — namely, surveillance, patrol, and humanitarian rescue,” the attorneys wrote. - via CNN
Apparently they didn’t work fast enough, because Texas has been accused of drowning 3 people by not rescuing them fast enough, according to the Mexicans.
Three migrants drowned in the Rio Grande by Eagle Pass, Texas, officials said Saturday, setting off a dispute among state and federal officials in what seemed to escalate the feud between the Biden administration and Gov. Greg Abbott over the stringent security measures the state has imposed to keep migrants from entering the country.
According to the Department of Homeland Security, Border Patrol agents received a distress call from Mexican authorities about a woman and two children who were trying to cross into the United States near the entrance of Shelby Park, which Mr. Abbott recently closed to curb migration.

Homeland Security said that when Border Patrol agents tried to respond to the call, they were "physically barred" by Texas Military Department agents from accessing the area. But the military department said when Border Patrol agents requested access, the migrants had already drowned, adding that claims that it had prevented the agents from saving them were "wholly inaccurate."
The Democrats lying about something to manufacture consent for their tyrannical agenda of the destruction of America? No—you don’t say? I can’t believe it. They would never.

I wish Abbott would lie about roaming gangs of mutant cannibals in the Texas desert, waiting to eat anyone who crosses the border, legally or illegally.
The story of the chupacabra and various other monster myths are far more believable than say, transgenders, just for example. So don’t tell me it’s impossible to run for office on a platform of stopping monsters when the other side is Democrats.

Look at this fat slob selling out his country for time and a half overtime pay. So disgusting.
There are many who committed treason in all this, justifying it to themselves in one way or another.
People will sell out for very little, actually. Always remember that.
March 5th is when SB4 goes into effect, creating a new state law prohibiting illegally entering Texas—or so they say.

On March 5th, as long as people illegally immigrate “legally” on the green arrow path, then Texas is powerless to do anything except hand them over to the Feds to get free stuff. If they cross on the red arrow path, they can be deported—but only if they agree to be deported.
However, the media has and will continue to falsely claim, or otherwise imply, that people will be deported en masse. This is fake news of the highest order.
March 5th, also happens to be the day of the Primary Elections in Texas.

If they were actually letting ppl drown by blocking them from entering there wouldn’t be 10,000 ppl tryna cross right now.
Here's a bit of good news!! 10,000 emails from Texas vets who dropped by the VFW to Gov Abbott , saying criminal charges will be filed against him for aiding human smuggling and drug trafficking were mailed two weeks ago. In addition, supposedly Abbott is about to be sued by parents who lost kids to fentanyl deaths. They plan to hold the state and him personally responsible. Could these actions have pushed him into defending the border and going against BIDEN? Maybe so.
