Texas Bullpen Co-founder and reporter Brad Johnson posted the RPT financials yesterday showing the Republican Party of Texas with $210,000 cash on hand after raising $640,000.

I'm glad that Abbott is well ahead of the Democrat, but his hijinks, pretending to be a conservative when he's not, (the closed primary mess immediately comes to mind), has caused me to decide to never vote for him again. I won't vote for the Democrat, but I'm sick of his serial betrayal. I call him "government-by-donor." That's why he has so much money. I wish Texas voters paid more attention.
