Two were charged with felonies.

It's about time these lowlife thugs were arrested. They should spend few years in a prison cell to teach them that they don't own the streets and they are not invulnerable to punishment for their wanton mayhem against civilized society.
Hopefully they will get charged and spend some time in prison.
