I don't know any of the parties involved, but I find it interesting that Rep. Vasut, as well as Rep. Leech indicate that the process server broke the law by not testifying on the bill after signing up to testify. Rep. Vasut says, "you gotta testify on the bill because you signed an affidavit." They cannot compel testimony from the server because he filled out a form to be put on the agenda to testify. On the form, he simply acknowledged that he would tell the truth and all information he provided was correct. Vasut and Leech were trying to intimidate the poor man for doing his job.
