Texas Senator’s Son Arrested for Revenge Porn
"Want me to send this to ur mom instead?"
In 2015, the Texas legislature passed a law, SB1135, that made “revenge porn” a very serious offense. All Senators, including Republican Senator Charles Schwertner (R-SD5), voted in favor of SB1135. 9 years later, his own son may have run afoul of this law.
According to an affidavit for an arrest warrant, on January 12, 2024, Austin Police were called when a woman reported that she had received threatening text messages from her ex-boyfriend, whom she had not heard from since July 2023. (Editors note: Why is this guy still salty six months later?)
Police say the messages from Matthew Schwertner show him demanding that the woman return items purchased for her when they were dating. When the woman did not respond, Schwertner sent her a photograph of her performing oral sex on Schwertner and threatened to send it to her mom.
The threats went on for a week, during which time the woman contacted the Austin Police Department. When Schwertner continued to message her, she sent him photographs of an Austin Police Department card as well as the case number and told him to stop contacting her.
Schwertner continued the threats anyway.
He called her “ungrateful” and stated, “I don’t have to delete shit! Hope you don’t get too famous or have another boyfriend lmao”
The woman asked Schwertner if he was threatening to post videos of her on the internet, to which Schwertner responded:
Are you threatening to suck my dick?

Messages continued which included attacking the woman as poor and for being Mexican.

According to Travis County court records, Schwertner was charged with a state felony and a bond amount of $15,000 was issued back on 1/16/24
It would seem Matthew inherited his father’s infatuation for Big Booty Latinas, or BBL’s.
We have to wonder how Schwertner’s side squeeze feels about baby boy Schwertner disparaging Mexicans. Furthermore, who taught this guy to speak to women, not to mention a BBL, like this? Surely the DEI infested schools aren’t teaching this sort of thing.
The punishment for a state jail felony charge:
A minimum of 180 days in state jail not to exceed more than 2 years
A fine not to exceed $10,000
We highly doubt that Matthew Schwertner will face any serious consequences for his actions. He is a senator’s son, after all.
He should have read current revolt and he would have known about the revenge porn law. Sad!
After years of tea party work and grassroots tilling, the jackalope gets despondent when the reality that Brazos County is ruled by elected representatives who have no regard for the lives of others. Just got a slick ad for Paul Dyson campaign for Tx Representative so obviously hand picked by Gov. Abbott to stymie the voice of the people in Brazos County - stating "Conservatives You Can Trust" - and none of these "conservatives" have proved to be trustworthy over the decades of enduring their public servide work..
Schwertner came in through the original tea party pushback to ObamaCare, and been re-elected ever since.
