District Attorney Refuses to Investigate Antifa
He's content with Denton becoming "Diet Austin."
Denton continues its slide into “Hipster Hell.” Soon after Kelly Neidert and Protect Texas Kids protestors were met by Antifa-backed group Elm Fork John Brown Gun Club (EFJBGC) when the latter protected a transvestite story-time event, Attorney Joshua Ross of Cantey Hanger LLP sent Denton District Attorney Paul Johnson his request for prosecutions.
While Johnson has been the epitome of lazy when going after communist agitators, Ross correctly explains what laws were broken, and that there’s no excuse for letting these people off the hook.
After disclosing the identities of two known subversives (Austin Longueville and Benjamin Song), Ross explains providing “security” without the proper license is very illegal. As such, if Johnson actually did his job, all miscreants involved would be thrown behind bars.
As we previously covered, the Marxist militia group offered “protection” to a drag queen grooming extravaganza in Roanoke and a similar event in Denton at Patchouli Joe’s Books and Indulgences. Judging by the group’s calling their opponents “Fascists,” their definition of Fascist is basically “anyone not supporting perverts’ access to children.” They realize “Fascism” looks desirable when they pull this crap, right?
As you can see, Ross calls out Johnson (and local law enforcement) for frequently deserting duty when individuals decide to brandish firearms whilst aiding and abetting child grooming. Maybe not as egregious as the Austin happenings, (full-blown insurrection hasn’t occurred yet), but if Johnson continues ignoring obvious harbingers, Denton will eventually be in the same predicament. The Left is never satisfied with any concession, and will never stop until third-world Bolshevism is implemented.
Disturbingly, there’s a long track record of Antifa members getting let off the hook, such as their repeated harassment and attacks on activists like Kelly Niedert, stabbing sprees at University of North Texas (UNT) campus, and more. Statewide leadership has been less helpful, with Texas Comptroller Glenn Hegar coddling pro-groomer businesses hosting transvestite shows.
If Johnson was serious about securing Denton county, there would’ve been arrests by now. What incentive does he have to improve, though? He’s never faced a formidable primary primary opponent, and local GOP honchos seem ok with endorsing (and donating to) Democrats. With such circumstances, it’s no wonder he’s non-committal to halting Leftist activity.
If Denton officially devolves into Austin 2.0, blame is (partially) on Johnson’s hands. With pleas for law enforcement by accomplished lawyers and activists going unheeded by him, Leftists will view this as a sign of weakness and there’s no telling what Pandora’s box this will open. If Denton County wants to preserve itself as a relatively sane part of Texas, the DA’s office must be “un-Paul-ished.”
Looks like a DA plans on retiring because you know parents from both sides of the isle in Denton aren’t cool with this.
The same is happening in Corpus Christi--watch what the results will be. Jonathan Hullihan has gone down there to help. We had the opportunity to elect this real conservative and just closed our eyes and let the establishment tell us what to do... Jonathan has real principals and continues to work for Texans without the office. Has done alot of work with J6s in Texas Be sure to follow the CC case.
