F-Word Activist Booted From Public Comments, Democrat Also Says F!

Things are out of control in Tarrant County court.

The First Amendment right to say whatever the F you want was challenged on Tuesday at a Tarrant County Commissioner’s Court meeting in Fort Worth.

In the video above, CJ Grisham, a civil rights attorney based in Temple Texas, went to speak during the public comment portion of the Tarrant County Commissioners Court meeting. As he began to state his issue and the reason he was at the meeting, he casually dropped an f-bomb.

“The reason you didn't hear from me is because the thugs you have outside the door there assaulted me, threw me in handcuffs for no reason whatsoever, and tried to arrest me. Thankfully, Sheriff Wayborn thought the better of valor and listened to me when I told him to read the fucking law.”
-CJ Grisham

As he was being escorted out of the courtroom Grisham stated that what he said was protected speech.

“It’s not going to be protected in this courtroom.”
- Tarrant County Judge Tim O’Hare

A gaggle of police officers surrounded Grisham to escort him out.

“What do you need eight officers for!? I’ll fucking leave!”
-CJ Grisham

Grisham threatened to sue.

A Democrat Commissioner, who Tarrant County Judge Tim O’Hare said was “the most classless person” to ever hold the seat, joined the Republican lawyer and the grassroots effort to legalize the F word by dropping an F-bomb of her own directed at O’Hare.

That’s fine. That’s fucking fine.
- Tarrant County Judge Alisa Simmons

Many people are saying that Tarrant County Judge Tim O’Hare is leading the Commissioners Court like a tyrant after Grisham was removed and O’Hare declared public commenters are not allowed to drop F bombs during public meetings.

Still, many other people are saying they just don’t fucking care.
