Hidalgo County posted this update recently about their vote counting machine situation:
We’re down to the wire here, Texans. In only 41 days those very same machines will be telling us who won the election.
That got me thinking about Tarrant County, where the guy they ran out of town after 2020 is now in charge of the voting machines: Heider Garcia.
Who could forget Heider Garcia’s greatest hits over the years in CR’s should-be-award-winning news coverage:
Heider Garcia spent 13 years at Smartmatic and took over Tarrant County's elections in 2018. In 2019 he recommended the county spend $11,163,653 on Hart InterCivic machines. Then he wrote the voters a letter about it: “We are sure you will be as thrilled as we are when you vote in the next election.” Every voter, he promised, “can now rest assured that if they read John Doe on their ballot, then it will be counted as a vote for John Doe.”
Then 2020 happened. Then Tim O’Hare happened, and Heider quit, ran Dallas for two years, quit again, and went to work for Hart.
Now, he’s Hart’s Vice President of Customer Success.
Heider’s essay selling the Hart machines is still up on the county website, word for word. They just changed the name at the bottom to Clint Ludwig.
And on July 14, 2026, our boy Tim O’Hare himself made the motion to buy 110 new Hart scanners from Heider’s company for $747,000.
Last October a Princeton professor named Andrew Appel examined Hart's newest system for the state and wrote, on page 23: "With extreme insider access, such as key positions within Hart Intercivic, it would be much easier to commit catastrophic fraud. Hart straightforwardly admits this in their “Risk and Threat Assessment.”
His next sentence says Hart is "a reputable company and there is no reason to suspect them of malicious activity."
Hart had hired a new vice president just a month before.
That’s right. Heider Garcia is now the manager of all the “insiders.”
But really, many people are saying they are a reputable company. In fact, sometimes those people go work for Hart right after saying it. More proof of how reputable the whole situation is.
The best thing we can do is trust but verify.
Ok so, about that whole verify thing I just talked about. We can’t really verify these machines because Texas law says the code that runs these voting machines is “not public information.” The state’s own examiners don’t read it either. We have a closed-source, black-box situation running our elections. When a Montgomery County voter asked for a copy of the county’s election database in 2024, Hart sued to stop it! A court order has blocked the release ever since. They said releasing this data to a citizen could breach election security nationwide!
“….public release of the Count archive also would provide bad actors insight into the Verity Software which could be used to develop tools and attacks prior to attempting a breach. In short, releasing the Count archive would be a step in establishing a vector to reverse engineering and, with insider accomplices, could in the long term constitute a significant breach of critical election security infrastructure not only in Texas, but nationwide.”
Just looking at the software and seeing how it works will compromise elections across the country. Sounds secure, doesn’t it?
The entire election issue is a never-ending rabbit hole, and that’s while the code the counting machines run remains a secret!
In 2008 a Rice professor told the Texas House that Harris County had used a Hart software feature called “Adjust Vote Totals,” “which does exactly what it sounds like.” (LOL, oh but of course he alleged no fraud, as if anything would happen if he did.)
People always ask me who’s going to win the upcoming election. I tell them I view it like a slot machine. You pull the lever and just hope the machine picks your guy. And once the machine declares a winner, that’s it. Nothing changes the outcome, no matter how cartoonish the fraud turns out to be.
You have to assume Republicans will do poorly even without the cheating. The specter of yet another extremely unpopular war for Israel is looming over the entire country.

The software you use with your bank and web browser to transfer $20,000 from one account to another is OPEN-SOURCE. Anyone can examine the computer code and see exactly what it does.
Until our voting software is Open-Source, voting is Fraudulent. Consequently, our entire premise of government is fraudulent. End of Story.
When you tell people about this, the only thing you will usually hear is <crickets>. Thus, they DESERVE to be looted by the Epstein Oligarch Class. Natural Selection in action, just as God intended.
